Bidding Process

Construction bidding is the process of submitting a proposal so that the project can be started. The bidding can be done on several levels of of the construction group, but is mainly done at the construction manager, general contractor or subcontractor level. Bids are submitted by contractors, which are then reviewed by the project owner. After the review process, the owner makes the decision based on the quality of the bid package submitted.
